We are a small group dedicated to advancing AI safety by upskilling people into AI safety research. We run hackathons to get people interested, and then research fellowships to accelerate their progress.
We have a particular focus on people in Southeast Asia and East Asia.

We need better representation.
Only 2% of AI research is focused on safety. Even though issues with AI safety impact us all, western countries are over-represented in impactful AI safety research. We need more voices in the conversation.
